Resetting Global Development. One Year On.

What it is

Full Circle is Accra Reset's convening on the margins of the 81st United Nations General Assembly. One year after the initiative's New York launch, it brings political leaders and partners together to turn a call for more balanced global cooperation into practical programmes and negotiated partnerships.

The proposition

Accra Reset treats sovereignty as practical capability: the power to set priorities, mobilise resources, build institutions and deliver. Its response to geostrategic marginalisation, geopolitical vulnerability and donor dependence connects political authority, productive capability and financial resilience.
