OCTagon: One Compact Template for Aligning the Global Order with the National Interest

OCTagon is the Accra Reset's flagship dealmaking suite - a practical instrument for moving from aspirational dialogue to execution discipline.

It encompasses four interlocking components: the Negotiator Corps, a credentialed cadre of professionals trained in market-shaping dealmaking across health, finance, mining, and digital infrastructure; a Virtual Dealroom-in-a-Box that transforms investment prospectuses into active mobilisation exercises; the Sovereignty Trajectory Score, a tracking instrument that documents milestones and vulnerabilities; and the Trusted Hub, a secure intelligence-sharing architecture for vetted sovereign negotiators.

The Global Union of Negotiators for Sovereignty (GUNS)

Called TopGuns in its public-facing register, GUNS is a credentialing and practice consortium for sovereign negotiators across the Global South.

It is anchored by a trans-regional network of partner schools - the Africa School of Governance, the ANU Crawford School of Public Policy, the Pacific Institute of Leadership and Governance, and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy - and operates through a Sovereign Negotiators Network that provides secure peer-to-peer intelligence sharing during active, high-stakes negotiations.

The Global Digital Skills Passport

Free movement of people across African borders is a legal commitment. The Global Skills Passport makes it an economic reality.

By linking trusted digital identity to credential verification and real labour-market opportunities, the Passport enables skilled professionals - engineers, healthcare workers, technicians, software developers - to move across African countries with verified credentials, matched to demand and supported by partnerships with forward-looking institutions globally.

The North-South Dialogues

A focused plurilateral process co-convened with a major European country for Global South and Global North partners to move beyond statements to concrete joint action. The North-South Dialogues operate across four substantive tracks - critical minerals value optimisation, industrial artificial intelligence, skills and labour mobility, and health systems transformation - each producing joint action dossiers with real projects, real timelines, and real accountability.
